Enquiries go directly to the operator, not to us, so we cannot see their inbox or answer on their behalf. Most reply within 24 hours.
If it has been longer than that, email us with the operator's name and roughly when you enquired. We will follow it up, and it helps us keep an eye on which operators are responsive.

Listing is free and takes about ten minutes to apply. We review every operator before their tours go live, usually within 24 hours.

All of that is between you and the operator. We do not take bookings or handle any payment for a trip, so the operator is the right person to speak to about dates, deposits, changes or cancellations.
Something wrong with a listing or a review?
Tell us. Send the link and what the problem is. We check every report and remove content that breaches our terms.
